My name is Cece Fanning. I first fell in love with writing while completing my undergraduate degree at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. I studied English Literature and Theater Studies, combining two of my passions and writing well-developed pieces on everything from postmodern literature to contemporary plays. While I haven’t written in depth since completing my senior thesis on the works of Zora Neale Hurston, I have been reading and immersing myself in everything pop culture in the mean time. I frequently find myself interested in the latest TV series, novel, or even meme and what any of those products of the culture say about who we are as people.
